Changes to California Family Rights Act Regulations Could Be Coming

The California Fair Employment and Housing Council is proposing amendments to the California Family Rights Act Regulations.

The Council has made further modifications to the proposed amendments and is seeking public comments.

Written Comments

Written comments to the further modifications may be submitted to the Council no later than 5 p.m. on December 24, 2014.

The Council stated a preference to receive an electronic copy of comments, which can be submitted by email to FEHcouncil@dfeh.ca.gov and annmarie.billotti@dfeh.ca.gov.
